Log the order:

1. Sales person will Log the order in the system via "Create Issue button" on to Right hand top corner of the dashboard.
2. Based on the PO origin will select

  • PO for Customer
  • PO for Reseller.

Fill the required details line name of the customer Product details, type of renewal, Name, Billing address, courier address etc.

1. Assign the issue to Logistics person eg Sonali.

                                              

2. Select Due date & Attach the PO & End user PO (in case of academic)



1. You Can mark a copy to other users to add them in CC to the PO.
2. Click on create to log the order.
3. Now the order is created & displays as OPEN





Place the order on Principal company:


Once the order is placed, the Assignee will get the email as well as the PO will be reflected in ASSIGNED TO ME gadget in the dashboard.


1 Based on the information filled in logistics can Ask for more info or place the order on Principal company via the workflow actions available.

        

2 Attach the Principal Company Remittance / invoice details and change the status to ORDER SENT TO PRINCIPAL

3 In case of Pre payment to principal Assignee is changed to Finance person eg Sharayu or Rajesh or madhavan. On conformation payment from the bank the assignee (Finance ) will again reassign the issue to Logistics (Sonali)

4 On a receiving of licenses from the principal Logistics will change the status to FINANCE PROCESSING & assign the issue to Finance person eg Sharayu or Rajesh.



Finance Processing

Through the workflow action Send invoice to Admin, Finance will raise the invoice & attaché the same to the issue & assign it to Administration (eg Yasmin (Mum), Vaishali (BLR))



Administration

Click on Invoice Sent & Waiting For Pay Payment.

Put in Courier Details like docket number, date of courier. These fields are mandatory


1. Attach the soft copy of the invoice.
2. Assign the issue to Finance Person



Finance:

1. Check for REPORTER.
2. Click on WAITING FOR REPORTER TO CLOSE
3. Will update the cheque details & date in comment & submit.


Closure

1. Reporter will close the issue


IMP points:

1. Only the reporter can change and edit the details of the issue.
2. All users can comment on the issue.
3. None of the users can delete the issue. In case of such discrepancies The Jira ADMIN has to be contacted.
4. The issue cannot move back in the transition. I.e. cannot go back to the previous stage.

5.PLEASE CHANGE THE PASSWORD on regular basis for security reasons.
6.Change password:
a) Click on the arrow next to your login name.
b) Click on profile

                                 

c)Click on Change password
                                
d)Type the current & new password
